We carry a tremendous number of items at Certified Art Supply. Ordering is simple! Click here to download our order form*, fill it out, then simply attach it to an e-Mail and send it to us at certifiedart@aol.com! It's just that easy!

Catalog Numbers:

When ordering, please use the complete catalog number as well as a size, color and surface information where applicable. Please order in quantities of the pricing units as shown in the catalog.

Discount of the List Price:

Prices listed are MSRP and we are able to offer discounts up to 40% depending on the item. It is necessary for us to recalulate your order so that we may apply the appropriate discount and sales tax if applicable. If you are a tax-exempt entity, then you will not be charged taxes. For this reason, please wait for us to email or fax your adjusted bill back to you so that you will know your exact charge.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Once an order is received, we will be able to determine the cost of shipping. We do offer free freight on any orders over $1,000 USD. If there are any questions regarding shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Product Availability:

At Certified Art Supply, we have an extensive online catalog; however, it may be possible that a product you are looking for cannot be readily found. If this is the case, please contact us and we will do our best to find that product for you through another source.

Damage and Shortage Claims:

We ask your cooperation in carefully checking all shipments. Make sure that you receive the number of cartons indicated on the carrier's bill of lading and note any shortages or obviously damaged cartons on the bill BEFORE signing for the shipment. Any claims for freight damage or carton shortages must be made directly to the transportation company.

Returns:

No returns for credit or replacement will be accepted without prior written authorization from our offices. Merchandise returned for reasons other than our error will be subject to a minimum of 15% restocking charge. The catalog only contains a sampling of the most popular items in our large inventory. Please contact our office for a current price quote on any item you do not see.
